Due to market fluctuations, prices are subject to change without
notice.
Delivery
Australia
Local couriers can deliver carton lots an approximate cost of
$8.50 per carton (GST inclusive to Melbourne/Metro). Rural and
Interstate deliveries can be delivered by Express Post at a
cost of $15.00 per carton.
Larger quantities can be delivered by Road freight: Price on
application.
You may wish to make your own delivery arrangements. Please
let us know at time of ordering.
International Orders
Freight charges will be advised via Email at time of ordering.

Please allow 7 - 14 Working Days
Payment
For Australian Clients
Cheque with order, Direct Debit prior to delivery or Cash
on delivery, unless credit has been established.
For International Clients
By Irrevocable Letter of Credit, Telegraphic transfer to a
nominated account or by other previously agreed payment system,
prior to delivery. PayPal can be used by both Australian and
overseas clients
Returns
There are absolutely no unauthorized returns because we cannot
guarantee the purity of our merchandise or resell it once
it has left our warehouse. We are not able to issue credit
on unauthorized returns, and merchandise returned without
authorization will be discarded. We are not able to make exceptions
to this policy.
In the event that we make an error, we will of course gladly
authorize the return of incorrect or defective merchandise
and pay for the return shipping costs.
Damage Claims
Please inspect packages upon arrival. You must report any
damages, missing items or missing boxes within 3 days of receiving
your order.
