Nothing can create a mood more quickly than a beautifully coloured
or scented candle. They can be expensive to buy, but if you
make your own you have the satisfaction of creating your own
candles with the colours and aromas which suit the décor,
your mood or the occasion, and at a much lower price than those
you buy. They also make excellent gifts. Our candle
molds have been designed to clip firmly together to minimise
leakage and for
accurate assembly. We do recommend that you use bulldog clips
typically the large Esselte clip, up to 3 per side depending
on size. This is a precautionary measure as candle wax when
melted and at too high a temperature can distort the molds
and cause leakage. Remember, the tighter the mold halves fit,
the less seam there will be on the finished candle.
